OfficeTeam is working with a very well-known company in Alexandria is seeking a customer service representative on a temporary basis to take inbound calls, create and respond to e-mails, greet and respond to customers, process paperwork, confirms all Purchase Orders and/or Purchase Order changes to the customer, provides timely and effective Inside Sales Support by responding to inquires via phone, fax, email and CRM, provides switchboard relief at designated times, assists Inside Sales function with the handling of ACD overflow phone calls. The ideal Customer Service Candidate must have exceptional phone skills and S.A.P Software.
