Robert Half HR Services is currently sourcing for a direct hire Sr. HR Generalist for our client located near Cumming, GA. This exciting individual contributor candidate will have the following qualifications for the Sr. HR Generalist: Full cycle recruiting Manufacturing industry, but in a non-union environment Employee Relations Ability to work independently but exchange information with a remote HR team Strong attention to detail Capable of prioritizing work and decisions in a fast paced environment Superior Excel skills with the ability to transform raw data and put it into pivot tables Previous experience working with a major HRIS system Desire to work a blended work flow between 30% strategic and 70% tactical on a daily basis Execute on performance management for supported employee population Previous experience creating and implementing an Affirmative Action Plan. The ideal Sr. HR Generalist will want to have strong ownership over the HR work that is part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, the ideal Sr. HR Generalist candidate will need to implement policies and procedures to managers who may need to be persuaded to execute on those policies. If you have 5+ years of HR experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment), as well as a Bachelor's degree and an HR certification, please apply immediately!
