Raytheon Production Supervisor in Andover, Massachusetts

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Circuit Card Assembly Operations, (CCA) has an opening for a 1 st shift Team Leader to manage approximately 20 represented assembler/technician employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Cell Leader will also ensure that assembled hardware and products meet contractual, quality, cost and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production. This role requires daily interaction with other cross-business teams within CCA to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. These groups include: technical support, manufacturing/test/design engineering, maintenance, production control, and finance. Maintaining cost, quality, delivery, safety, and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities are critical performance criteria for this position. In addition to the above, responsibilities include involvement with ensuring the enforcement of company policies and procedures, time and attendance tracking, area layout and flow management, capital identification and support of overhead expenses. NOTE: This position can be a Salary Grade A02 or Salary Grade A03 based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skill, experience and responsibility requirement for the position. Basic Qualifications and Required Education · Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience in production/manufacturing · Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma · Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and PRISM § U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
