Description The Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams LLP is actively recruiting an experienced Professional Assistant (Legal Secretary) to support its Capital Finance & Real Estate team assisting the Business Finance & Health Care and Public Finance practices. Experience supporting transactional attorneys in the area of finance with strong technology skills required. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic File Management, Adobe, Change Pro, and other firm software applications required.
Requirements Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior law firm experience strongly preferred; former general office experience required. Has an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of firm and team-specific software used in the execution of professional assistant responsibilities including, but not limited to, word processing, document management, file management, spreadsheets, calendaring, and time management. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic File Management, Adobe, Change Pro, and other firm software applications required. Individuals applying for this position should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Qualified candidates should also possess excellent spelling and grammar skills as well as the ability to pay strict attention to detail and work well under pressure. Flexibility for overtime required.
