  • Make Sage the #1 company in our space in social advocacy.

  • Own the KPIs for employee social advocacy with annual goal setting, quarterly QBRs and monthly reporting supporting by a real time dashboard

  • Be responsible for communicating the strategy across Sage ensuring a high level of visibility and understanding from all our colleagues around the world

  • Empower 13,000 colleagues with Best-in-class Social Media trainings to ensure 75% of them are active on Social Media Monthly

  • Run monthly events in the countries to ensure the programme is adopted and successful: monthly & annual social event

  • Inspire teams on “why” Social Media are key for their roles and constantly share best practices and social News on Chatter and your own social accounts

  • Manage and drive a team of social advocacy Leaders in the countries and ensure best practices are shared between teams and countries

  • Ensure customers are at the core of your strategy by helping Sage teams understand that Social media is part of everyones role and the benefits of this new approach for our ecosystem

  • Build a “Social Experts” community programme by identifying social advocates (out of the social media team) and organize Social meet-ups with them in the countries

  • Identify and manage any risks to employee use of social media

  • Manage the platform we use to drive advocacy; Sociabble

  • Define and measure the global performance of your programme and track the opportunities

  • Build a reward / gamification model together with Internal comms and HR teams

  • Creation of actions plans, content calendars, reports, ensure monthly communications across the business

  • Support Social Community Global Leader with dedicated tactics with your team of employee advocates

  • Be the reference in the Global team for Social Media empowerment

  • Lead the Reverse-Mentor programme with Sage executives to raise their social profiles and grow the Sage influence


We are looking for someone with excellent communication & social skills who can create value for our internal social community as well as inspiring all teams to become top social advocates.

You need to be passionate about Social Media as well as people focused to be able to empower all teams and delivering the best onboarding model possible. You’re not afraid to do public speaking in a large audience as well as delivering great webinars on Social Media.

Your leadership skills and self-confidence will help you lead a community of social advocates and help differentiate Sage from the competition.
