Murray Guard, Inc. is accepting applications for concierge with Class A building experience in the Atlanta area. *The concierge position is part of a tightly integrated, cross functional team whose entire focus is on excellence in customer service. This is a great opportunity to join Murray Guard, Inc. a dynamic high-powered security company focused on securing client properties while delivering exceptional customer service. One-two year s previous experience in a concierge related field is preferred. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or general education (GED). Valid Georgia Driver s license/ID or License required. You must be able to work an irregular schedule as required performing duties and responsibilities, to include working up to an 8-12 hour shifts, holidays, and weekends.* Candidates must possess excellent customer service and hospitality experience, be an independent thinker, a good listener, a proactive provider of exceptional service, and must know Atlanta and surrounding areas very well. Responsibilities:
Greet all persons entering the building with a friendly service attitude and tone
Engaging, professional and welcoming personality
- Communicate directly with residents and management in person, on email and by telephone in a friendly manner, with a tone of service.*
Learn the names of residents, managers and colleagues and always greet by name.
Provide operational excellence in the monitoring of all access control and life/safety systems
Proactive in the delivery of resident information and services
Build/fortify relations with customer/residents
- Keep abreast of all property happenings and communicate with management and residents accordingly*
Assist Residents with maintenance requests by showing them how to complete forms and where to submit them
Knowledge of all aspects of the property (where everything is located and how to direct residents)
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent written/oral communication.
- Excellent problem solving skills and organization skills.*
- Good judgment.*
- Ability to multi-task.*
- Ability to manage time around multiple demands, of varying priority, from different sources.*
Proficiency in Microsoft office and internet use.
