Job Summary:

In this position you will be responsible for working on technical internal projects as well supporting the global transformation program. You will develop strategies and plans that will drive stakeholder engagement and increase adoption of key initiatives that have an impact to the organization. The ideal candidate will need an understanding of change management fundamentals and project management methodologies. The candidate selected for this role will work closely with IT and business teams to produce and execute the change strategies. The ideal candidate for this role will help grow and refine project management, change management, and corporate communications processes within the organization. You will need to be a self-starter, able to work with others, gather business requirements and deliver results from a project management perspective.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifies project issues and recommends corrective action as appropriate.

  • Communicates and models the vision and values of the organization to create a proper work environment and sense of teamwork among employees.

  • Assists the IT Manager in assuring compliance with established operating policies and procedures.

  • Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes; identifies and recommends changes to related software and hardware to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintains, manages, and has a complete understanding of the list of user requirements and open issues.

  • Coordinates plans for testing, documentation, training and rollout.

  • Assures national programs meet requirements for security and integrity of information.

  • Assures that required and necessary documentation is completed.

  • Prepares documentation, bulletins and corresponding program updates for distribution to all relevant users.

  • Participates in project or committee meetings as required.

  • Coordinates the overall maintenance of existing software and hardware solutions, including the testing, training, and rollout of all changes and upgrades.

  • Assists the IT Manager with all project management related responsibilities.

  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams.

  • Effectively communicates status and creates required project reporting for all appropriate participants.

  • Is entitled to submit expenses for all business related reasons in accordance with company policies.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years progressive IT experience in a business environment; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

  • Experienced computer user; MS Office products, MS Project, Visio, Processing Modeling tools & Project Management tools.

  • Ability to define specifications from user requirements.

  • Skill of preparing written materials such as documentation, correspondence and reports to meet purpose and audience.

  • Ability to follow instruction and give attention to detail.

  • Skill of developing and maintaining positive relationships and work cooperatively with internal customers, and external vendors or suppliers.

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with international and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and effective delivery of work.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to set priorities to maximize productivity and effectiveness.

  • Availability to travel as needed.
