If you are our Senior Financial Analyst in Bangalore, you will have a chance to :
Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
Manage Full-sets of accounts.
Play a key role in assisting the Country Controller in several key areas of Controllership responsibilities.
Ensure financial integrity of both internal (AFM and HP policy) and external (local legal statutory) planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance of financial statements with US and local GAAP requirements and ensures appropriate business controls are in place for any systems and processes with financial impact
Ensure HP's assets are safeguarded and accounted for. Maintains timely and transparent disclosure of all contingencies and control deficiencies.
Work closely with country team. Build and maintain close, positive working relationships with customers, account teams, peers, support partners and sales organizations. Assist the Country Controller in hosting & managing relationships with all the Global Function teams.
Provide the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
Consult with business leaders to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
Forecast financial results within the broadest scope.
Lead and advise on the most complex business initiatives, typically leading several analysts across multiple areas within finance and across geographies/organizations.
Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.
Ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with directors and Vice President (VP)

This is senior level so CPA certification is required
First level university degree
Must have Chartered Accountant’s professional certification
Must have 8-10 years of experience as a financial analyst/accountant/finance manager
Must have experience in areas of Taxation
Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
