Sales Professional for Business Consultant - to be focus in new customer acquisition and Grow our business in the area of Catalonia, Balearic Islands, East of Spain, Navarra and Basque Country. The main roles and goals:

Goals • Primary customer interface to engineering and general constructors companies responsible for the development of new business and new relationship in pursuit of growth for HBS • Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at expanding the sales volume within HVAC, security, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Detection as integrated solutions. • Driving sales through understanding of the target customer’s business, drivers and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to them, which allows for cross-selling of ONE Honeywell solutions. • Partner with engineering and construction companies as well as the end users, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties • Proactively initiates cross-functional communication at senior management and executive level across both the customer’s and Honeywell enterprises to develop a long-term partnership. • Seeks out ways to engage the full Honeywell team in pursuits and activities building relationships with all key stakeholders.

Key Deliverables • Order and margin above set quota in support of Honeywell Building Solution annual operating plan • Growth and focus on new customer and new opportunities • Opportunity plans and strategy • Accurate forecast of orders and growth opportunities • Strategic competitive and market information

Responsibilities • Customers: Exhibits extensive knowledge of the customer’s business, strategic drivers, financial requirements and is able to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization; should pursuit > €0,5M opportunities and in most of the cases above 1M€; • Opportunity discovery: discovers at an early sales stage a business opportunity for integrated HBS portfolio concerning BMS, Energy efficiency, HVAC, Security, CCTV, fire detection in the most integrated approach. • Sales process: proactively leads, manages and executes the disciplined sales process from start to finish, anticipated customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to execution, acts as team leader internally and externally during the entire sales process. • Business relationships: actively sees outs, plans and leverages internal and external relationships to drive business for HBS. Establishes strategic relationships or a vision for developing a committed customer. Networks internally with HBS (Honeywell Building Solutions) and other Honeywell business groups to achieve full customer satisfaction with the best internal resources. • Results: Profitable growth and focus on new opportunities and new customers.

  • Electronic, Mechanical or Telecommunications Engineer with proven experience in sales and estimations roles

  • Very oriented in sales activity with a hunting profil

  • Minimum 5 year of experience in similar roles in multinational sales environment

  • Well connected to local market in his area of responsibility

  • Experience in working for engineering companies, big corporations and general constructors

  • Fluent in English, Catalan and Spanish.
