Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information.
Appropriately schedules field associates for cases in assigned area of responsibility. Communicates appropriately regarding changes in schedule or service delivery. Ensures coordination of care between coordinator shifts.
Maintains current associate and client schedules.
Responsible for monitoring appropriate utilization of telephony system by the field staff.- Pulls appropriate reports and communicates with management regarding issues.
Explains and monitors nonmedical performance expectations (i.e. punctuality, dress, conduct, and client expectations).- Documents and reports performance issues to supervisor.
Schedules associates for any program
required education, orientations, etc.
Submits required reports to appropriate personnel within established timeframes.
Takes evening, night and weekend call as required (i.e. vacation relief and emergencies).
Assists in training new personnel as requested by management.
Collects and communicates to management information concerning changes in personnel, recruitment needs, bill/pay rates, and information affecting the company and the marketplace.
Actively participates in growing the business as directed by the management. Attends scheduled meetings including but not limited to staff meetings, management meetings, coordinator meetings at Support Services, and Program specific meetings with case managers.
All other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of two (2) years customer service experience required, medical experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Self directed, detail oriented and organized.
Good computer skills, familiar with multiple software programs including Windows based programs.
