Description -


Manage HPI name key account support to

  1. Support named major account E2E service delivery and TCE management.

  2. Provides Service lifecycle management of HP key account to delight our customers.

  3. Handle MA hot case handling and handle complaint case.

  4. Support sales bidding & post-sales support

  5. Service product selling.

  • Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Physics,Electronics,Product Design,Computer Science or equivalent

  • At least 5 years' experience in service delivery of IT industry, Understood commercial personal system product business and service delivery

  • Project management experience

  • Clear and effective communication skills/ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (with HP internal various teams, Customer and partners);

  • Creative and can logically simplify to solve complicated problems/Good problem solving ability, sense of responsibility and hardworking

-Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing English;
