Ericsson Lab Management Project Manager in Beijing, China

Job Objective:

Project management for:

Integration & Verification activities for LTE & 5G products development

Customer lab and field trial

R&D; internal lab planning and coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Make project plan, and adjust according to changing requirement and situation

  • Prioritize and drive for project implementation

  • Optimize project process and drive for improved efficiency & ways of working

  • Bring up and feedback on resource, competence, process

  • Keep good communication with stakeholders

  • Drive yearly lab budget forecast and purchase implementation

  • Plan and implement the purchase of all lab related equipment, materials

  • Manage lab usage and coordinate between lines and between projects

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Knowledge and experience of LTE RAN and core system

  • Deep understanding of I&V; role & responsibility

  • 2 years working experience in LTE design or I&V;

  • Knowledge of lab equipment and materials

  • Bachelor or above, major in EE, CS, or similar

  • Well organized and have system thinking

  • Initiative and positive personal personality

  • Fluent in English speaking/writing

  • Good communication with stakeholders
