JOB SUMMARY: Performs clerical and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy. The Administrative Assistant works full-time 40 hours per week. Extra hours may be required periodically to complete projects required to satisfy our customers needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.UPDATE DRIVER TRIPS INTO OASIS PROGRAM TIMELYAUDIT TRIPS FOR ACCURACY AND CORRECTIONSFILE TRIPS, LOGS AND DVIRSCOMPLETE PAYROLL INFORMATION, SUCH AS HOURS AND MILES FOR DRIVERSUSE PEOPLENET SOFTWARE TO AUDIT LOGS AND TRIPS FOR ACCURACYASSIST DRIVERS WITH TRAINING ON SOFTWARE PROGRAMS AND OFFICE EQUIPMENTASSIST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH RESOLUTION OF BILLING ISSUES QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the Company. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
