Business Systems Project Manager

This position is a key contributor in supporting our CRM strategy and sales support activities for the GSB business in the Americas.
The Business Systems Project Manager position will have overall responsibility to manage the current and future CRM strategy for GSB AMS. This role will define business requirements for GSB, work with other GSB regions & GSB AMS functions (Sales, Marketing, Services, and Category) to drive our business needs, coordinate project plans with WW GSB and the MS Dynamics project teams, and manage the testing and migration to Dynamics. This position will also lead the team managing the Salesforce.com sales support and be involved in other sales tools projects and processes as needed.
This role will manage the MS Dynamics migration from Salesforce.com, representing GSB AMS
Responsible for supporting GSB Sales & Marketing in the areas of CRM, Marketing campaigns, and lead processes.
Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.
Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post-project evaluations.
Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.
Work closely with Marketing to represent systems, process, and reporting needs
May be involved in other sales tools projects such as replacing our current demo & sample tool, assisting with Online Contract Tool (OLC) support, and improving our analytic capabilities
Establishing a world-class sales support structure once the MS Dynamics project is complete and stabilized
Continuously looking for ways to improve our GSB Sales efficiency via tools or processes
Education & Experience
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.
Quality improvement training and certification a plus.
Knowledge & Skills Required
CRM experience (Siebel, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Excel skills (advanced preferred)
Sales &/or Marketing support experience
Project management experience, including use of project management tools (MS Project, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
Experience with GSB business a plus
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
Solid financial and business acumen.
