Key Responsibilities

• Owns 3D MJF engagement into end-user accounts to create opportunities

• Owns opportunity identification, lead management and deal closure; owns 3D funnel in country

• Leverages executive sponsors and other HP resources with HP account managers to strengthen HP’s relationship with clients, end-users and partners

• Provide support to local PPS Account managers on identified opportunities for accounts managed by PPS

• For indirect fulfilled deals: Works closely with Partner Business Managers (PBM) on deal finalization and closure / delivery

• Educate and motivate partners to grow HP’s share of business in their product, services, materials and supplies category.

• For direct fulfilled deals: owns full closure / delivery

• Specific industry focus on 3D key verticals (Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Goods, Medical, Engineering Education and University collaboration)

• Builds and provides specific industry and product/solutions expertise to clients and 3D team to identify and convert opportunities into real business cases and close

• Investment responsibility; end-user deal pricing following 3D MJF-defined profitability thresholds

• Accountable to achieve sub region defined sales targets

Interact with:

• External: End Users Engineering teams, designers, Model Shops, Service Bureaus, CxO level

• Internal: Pre-Sales Solution Architects, Inside Sales Representatives (ISR); PPS Account managers, PBMs

Incentive and metrics

• Quota achievement

• Focus on funnel

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree or MBA is desirable

• Experience in IT industry, specifically 3D printing

• Typically 10+ years account management experience

• Extraordinarily strong track record of account management and sales performance

• strong understanding and experience in 3D printing

• Strong 3D print network, including resellers for 3D

• detailed knowledge of HP competitors in 3D market, products, weaknesses

• very good level of French and English
