Honeywell Sales Support Specialist in Bracknell, United Kingdom

The role will involve providing field support to a growing range of Honeywell products in the heating and HVAC markets in the UK.

The field support will involve technical assistance to new and existing projects and supporting Sales Engineers finding solutions for new opportunities

The role mixes commercial and technical skills to optimize opportunities and will require a detailed level of technical knowledge of the product function and its applications.

Based within the Sales Engineering Team the role will require a close working relationship with other team members to support a wide range of current and future products that are developing in the connected market place. A good understanding of this technology area is required including wifi, apps, and the cloud.

The role will also be heavily involved in new product introductions including working closely with the R&D teams to represent the requirements of the UK market, taking part in VoCs and through to supporting the release with the sales teams.

A high proportion of the role will involve customer contact, both professional installers and through them contact with homeowners. The candidate must be able to work confidently in this environment and represent Honeywell in a highly professional manner. Management of time and planning around travel requirements will be a necessity.

We also expect this role to mature and grow with the addition of new products and services
