The Client Reference Data Teamis responsible for establishing client custody and foreign market accounts for all North America, Latin America and South American based Global Custody and PB clients. The CRD team is a client facing group whose responsibilities include opening of client accounts and the set up and maintenance of information in reference databases.

The CIB Client Reference Data team provides direct support to Custody and Fund Services clients for new and incremental business activities, fund manager and mandate restructures and client exits. The team works closely with Sales, Client Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, New Business Implementation Managers, Deal Managers, Transitions Team and directly with JP Morgan clients.

Client Reference Data team is responsible for:

  • Account opening & maintenance, in line with internal and external client SLAs

  • Management and co-ordination of complex client requests including fund restructures, launches and transitions

  • Project management for new client on-boardings for account openings, market and tax documentation

  • Product maintenance for new accounts relating to client facing technology entitlements

  • Management of business driven programs to support regulatory, product and business change

  • Strong oversight over regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Global Market Entry Access Manager:

Manage the regional team to deliver complex emerging market entry support to multiple business lines of business. Act as primary point of escalation while facilitating organization change management, market changes and continue to drive solutions to improve market entry timeline and client experience

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead staff by coaching and training to meet team objectives through performance development.

  • Actively manage book of work, resources and capacity in collaboration with CRD partners to deliver seamless client experience

  • Direct and coordinateactivities of projects to ensure progress on schedule and within prescribed standards.

  • Ensure team adheresto stablished market specific account opening procedures and market entry standard operating procedures

  • Actively track team’s market account openings and other name change/merger trackers against the market SLA's.

  • Proactively understand market changes impacting market entry

  • Manage client directed market restructures, fund mergers, name change and transition process by providing analysisworking with local sub-custodians to provide clients with options

  • Active engagement to develop and support technology build AMS 2.0 and other automation opportunities
