Collaboratively work with sales team to recommend new products, services and any opportunities related to data analysis when possible to drive overall sales goals
Research CRM contacts and market share reports to identify prospective clients
Translating campaign and channel data into test strategies and recommendations
Reporting and various campaign support functions. Individuals in this role will be a champion for accuracy, comprehensive delivery, analysis, and testing. It is essential to provide attention to detail, proper management of deadlines, and advocacy for innovation. Successfully prioritize day to day tasks with ad hoc needs and opportunities.
Extensive utilization of application software, database, and reporting tools.
Deep awareness for "all things digital", including digital advertising, content, video, social media channels, as well as engagement metrics.
Ability to help with evaluations, interpretations, and recommendations.
Team collaboration and communication skills an absolute must. Activities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop, maintain and execute digital media dashboard
Analyze campaign performance to optimize tactics and deliver actionable insights
Daily, Weekly or monthly digital media reporting and analysis
Ad hoc reporting requests
Provide historical data, performance recommendations and benchmarks for campaign planning
Advance analytics (data mining, a/b testing, predictive modeling, etc.) Desired Skills
BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications, media, analytics, or related field
Digital enthusiast with an understanding of digital, social media and analytics.
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team
Experience with media performance analysis and optimization across digital channels
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or Excel
Demonstrates clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both technical verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user
