Highly reputable growing global service company is seeking a Benefits Call Center Representative. As the Benefits Call Center Representative your responsibilities include; administer ongoing and annual enrollment daily benefit system activities, receive and import data files containing new employees, changes and terminations, generate payroll/vendor feeds, as well as ad-hoc management reports. Process system data updates such as indicative data, election data, dependent and beneficiary data. Gain an understanding of the system interfaces with HRIS, payroll, and insurance carriers. Help develop and maintain system processing documentation. Process and fulfill Enrollment worksheets, confirmation statements and other benefit related materials. Internally manage client inventory and assist with system testing; Web, interfaces and system generated reports for new and ongoing systems. Gain an understanding of the plan design, including coverage levels and options, eligibility, Enrollment/change and termination procedures and assist project team with client assignments to deliver timely, within-budget and high quality work. Meet service level agreements across all clients, analyze process workflow and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Meet billable hour goals as defined by your manager and work within prescribed budget for each project.

Requirements: As the Benefits Call Center Representative you must have three or more years of experience. Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required. Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Health Welfare and Pension benefit plans. Strong technology skills and knowledge of a variety of systems and software including Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
