As a Team Assistant at HUB International, you are required to process new, mid-term and renewal insurance transactions. You will be responsible for managing the accuracy and completeness of our records by updating existing policies and digital records to reflect changes requested by clients, brokers and insurance company representatives.


  • Processing all documentation (Certificates of Insurance, cover notes, summaries, proposals, endorsements, finance contracts, formal written customer correspondence )

  • Policy Issuance

  • Invoicing/ billing

  • Verify policy accuracy

  • Following up with outstanding information & documentation

  • Occasional back up support for reception

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Level 2 General Insurance License or currently pursuing

  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills (MS Word and Excel, 45 WPM)

  • Promptly responding to client needs while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to provide superior customer service

  • EPIC, TAM and Policy Works experience an asset

  • Excellent organizational skills
