Oracle Consulting Sales Snr Manager in Charleston, South Carolina
Manages sales of Oracle consulting services.
Manages a team of consulting sales representatives in support of achieving sales objectives. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle consulting services to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Networks and develops strong business relationships. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Manages escalations.
Strong leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Industry experience. Able to develop executive level relationships. Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred. BA/BS preferred. 5-7 years direct sales experience. Experience managing staff. Willing to travel regionally. Manage and control activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensure appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs.
