Verizon Wireless Wireless Real Estate Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina
You will ensure completion and accuracy of contract approvals and upload contracts into the company data base in addition to accurately inputting information into theterritory data base. You willreview complex real estate contracts and compare them to the attorney risk assessment letter for complete identification of issues and business/legal risks. Applying your advanced critical thinking and analytical skills you will adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position
An Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
North Carolina Notary Public or eligible to become a North Carolina Notary Public.
Experience within the real estate field.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
A Bachelor’s Degree.
Real Estate license or Paralegal degree.
Range of skills within the real estate field including familiarity with real estate contracts and associated documents, interpretation of language, judgment and critical thinking with the demonstrated ability to understand the attorney risk assessment summary and compare completeness to the real estate contract, applied knowledge of established legal practices,.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
