Director of Financial Reporting - Expansion role due to a recent acquisition!! This Reporting Director will report to the CFO and be responsible for all consolidated financial reporting including US GAAP and IFRS reporting for international subsidiaries. Preferred experience will be with purchase accounting, derivatives, hedging, currency translation, financial statement consolidations, stock compensation analysis, and other related technical accounting research for this privately held company.
