Management Resources, the senior consulting arm of Robert Half, is currently looking for experienced Senior Accountants to assist our clients on project and interim roles. The Senior Accountant will be key to providing support to the senior management team in addition to the core responsibilities listed below. The Senior Accountant will have a mix of accounting, internal controls, tax, and financial planning and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for the consultant to gain experience in multiple areas of finance and accounting within a growing organization. Senior Accountant Primary Job Duties: *Responsible for all facets of month end close and reporting including journal entries, financial reporting, variance analysis and financial statement preparation *Ensure financial statements are prepared in compliance with US GAAP *Prepare monthly/quarterly financial results package for distribution to senior management and board members *Provide assistance with preparation of the quarterly board meeting presentation *Provide support to the CFO in the development, implementation, and oversight of internal controls *Oversee AR and AP functions *Assist in preparation of tax reporting and filing with State and Federal agencies *Assist in the coordination of internal/external audit requirements *Involvement in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation *Prepare monthly bank reconciliations *Assist CFO with quarterly and annual forecasting and budgets *Assist with monthly bank reporting requirements for credit facilities *Provide ad hoc financial analysis to the senior management team and Operations Manager to maximize profitability *Other duties as assigned by direct report If interested in learning more about this Senior Accountant position or other consulting opportunities with Robert Half Management Resources, please email or call Resource Specialist Sean Whitford at or 513-621-4243.
