The Leader of Security Governance/BISO is responsible for creating and maintaining a governance program for Vantiv enterprise security. This role is responsible for policy management, risk representation, service management, and portfolio management for security-related matters. This person should also have a basic understanding of financial industry laws, regulations, security standards, industry-best-practices, and threats related to physical and logical security. This person will also be responsible for acting as the core Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for Vantiv headquarters.
This role also holds a position on the Security Governance Committee as a facilitator and program manager, as well as a proxy voting member.
The ideal candidate for the Leader of Security Governance / BISO will possess excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, have experience in project management, exemplary social skills, the ability to work autonomously, and will demonstrate a breadth of security and risk knowledge. This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the VP of Security Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Awareness.
Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent.
PMP or equivalent required
CISA, CISM, CRISC, GSEC, CISSP, or Cloud Security certification preferred.
