DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with internal business partners to determine project requirements, goals, implementation schedules, etc.
Conducts commercial client, financial institution, and/or merchant testing.
Completes commercial client, financial institution, and/or merchant setup and boarding for conversions.
Performs JCL updates and analyzes assembly errors.
Performs problem resolution for commercial clients, financial institutions, and/or merchants.
Demonstrates proven knowledge in one or more applications or systems.
Interprets business requirements and identifies solutions to meet business objectives.
Oversees the troubleshooting and problem resolution functions for software products.
May be technical lead on small or large conversions.
Assists with team training efforts.
Other duties as required.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of JCL and Assembler debugging a plus.
