GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Senior Physical Security Manager, is responsible for Physical Security programs, projects, and processes within the Bancorp, with a major emphasis on customer service satisfaction and delivery. May serve as a liaisonwithothers inside and outside of the bank regarding issues related to Physical Security, facilities and operations. Performs a wide range of support duties for the Physical Security Manager, Investigations, Risk Management, contract security managementandwith critical business line partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: . Implement physical security plans, procedures and equipment standards for construction projects throughout the Bancorp. . Maintain and upgrade the contract security procedures manual and insure compliance to Bancorp standards from contractors. . Assist in the preparation and distribution of Physical Security training programs for the BSOC, and in some cases, to other employees within the Bancorp. . Maintain close working relationship with facilities project managers on Banking Center, BankMart and other projects to insure timely opening of sites. . Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and employees as well as vendors and contractors. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing contract employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing contract employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee growth; developing theappropriatetalent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.df-dr
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: . Associates degree (4 year degree preferred) or 2 years prior law enforcement or Physical Security experience (management preferred). . CPP (certified protection professional), PSP (physical security professional) or CFSSP (certified financial service security professional) is preferred . Must have an understanding of common or accepted physical security practices and equipment including, access control, surveillance cameras, CCTV or digital recording, and robbery, facility and life safety alarm functions. . Must be able to exercise independent sound judgment, especially when responding to emergencies or calls for service after regular business hours. Work requires an in-depth understanding of Bancorp policies and procedures. . Be familiar with project management processes . Good working knowledge of specific Microsoft Office software . Able to communicate highly detailed information across all levels of management within the Bancorp. . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills . Ability to give presentations . Ability to produce clear and concise reporting of events . Ability to achieve Bancorp, department and individual roles in a team environment and encourage and develop others to do the same .
