Convergys Sales Trainer in Cincinnati, Ohio
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for all Sales Training for the Sales organization.
Works with Account Management leadership, Marketing, and Solutions to establish rolling 12 month calendar of training events (topics); owns and communicates the training calendar
Develops and owns training template (those common topics covered for each training session)
Works with Product/Solution experts, Marketing, Solutions, and/or 3rd parties to develop all training materials themed towards sales (how to sell it, Convergys value, case study, etc.)
Identifies Case Studies for each topic; works with case study owner to develop materials and presentation
Schedules all training events (actual training, dry runs, walk throughs of plan, etc.)
Develops and administers surveys; analyzes and shares results; adjusts content and materials based on feedback
Includes Soft and Hard Skills (products, sales and account methodology, skills like negotiations, contracting, customer relationships, etc.)
Owns and maintains the Sales Learning Management System
Identifies certification test for each training event; administers test; analyzes and shares results with leadership
Combines all test results to provide a view on individual and team performance
Tracks attendance for each event and consolidates overall individual and team attendance
Creates and administers in-training polling questions/results
Onboarding of new Account Mgmt/Sales resources – scope?
Establishes a Yearly Sales Certification process to test and qualify Account Management and Sales personnel
Requires expertise in Mazinga (Convergys University LMS); utilizes CU to register and perform training, attendance reporting, assessments
