Taking work orders in a high-volume inbound call center
Dispatching work orders to on-site technicians
Partnering directly with maintenance workers to ensure completion of tasks
M-F 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Compensation:

Requirements: What does it take to secure an interview?
2-3 years of Customer Service experience in a high-volume call center is a MUST
Dispatching experience is preferred
Must be comfortable working in a sub-basement of the complex
Ability to multi-task in a fast – paced environment and maintain composure under stressful situations
