HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER A manufacturing firm is seeking a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER to join their team! This candidate will be responsible for handling all the day-to-day generalist activities. This HR Manager is responsible for overseeing two different plants (both close in proximity), with roughly 150+ employees in a union setting. The main responsibilities of the HR Manager will include HR generalist activities, recruiting and talent efforts, benefit and compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance reviews, and payroll.
