The General Clerk 1 performs a variety of clerical duties, such as sorting and filing correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts or other records. Also reviewing attorney requests for itemized billing statements. Collecting, gathering and sending requested records via mail, fax, email, etc.
Responsible for responding to requests for billing records after verifying receipt of the
appropriate authorization and release or confirming BPS has no billing records. Responsible for responding to subpoenas working with the assigned McKesson litigation professional on the response and any appropriate objections, requests for confidentiality or other requests. Sign and send the McKesson pre-approved affidavit with records BPS provides.
Entry level experience
Computer skills, basic math skills

Reading, writing, addition and subtraction skills. May have knowledge of general business machines: such as typewriter, copier, calculator, computer, fax, or other similar machines.
HS Diploma or equivalent
