Enterprise Community Parnters 16:INV-040: Program Coordinator in Columbia, Maryland
The Program Coordinator will provide support for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) capital markets and asset stabilization team. Specifically, the Program Coordinator will support all aspects of investor marketing and communications as well as the processing and payment of capital contribution installments to operating partnerships, assist with the initial file review process and other functions of the team. The Program Coordinator will also assist with the general needs of the Capital Markets and Asset Management teams. It is essential that the candidate be a self-starter who is relationship oriented, highly organized, analytical, detail oriented and interested in learning the business of the Company.
This position is 80%/30 hours per week, and includes full benefits package
Assist in the creation and maintenance of materials for use in investor marketing and due diligence meetings.
Provide investor meeting and site visit support, and assist with organization and preparation for investor conferences and events.
Monitor and manage mailboxes for capital contributions and initial files.
Assist in updating EPIC (Enterprise’s Salesforce based platform for data management) with various items related to capital contributions and initial files.
Assist with monitoring and answering questions related to the third party Inspector Portal
Assist with preparing draw requests as needed
Create and/or upload investor reporting to the Enterprise Investor Portal to include third party inspection reports, monthly investor construction reports, and quarterly investor fund reports.
Organize and maintain fund files, project construction document folders, correspondence, investor contacts and related materials.
Prepare and distribute agendas, and manage scheduling for, internal Capital Markets team meetings.
Prepare agenda and manage scheduling for semi-weekly LIHTC Deal Screening Committee.
Process invoices for both departments (legal bills, third party inspection invoices, etc), and complete and submit expense reports upon request.
Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
3+ years of relevant experience, undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts preferred; basic knowledge of LIHTC a plus.
Ability to manage large quantities of information with demonstrated attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work productively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stringent deadlines.
Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Incumbent is expected to demonstrate strong ethics and professionalism in interpersonal relations and work as an effective collaborative team member.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
