OfficeTeam is currently seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant for a client in Columbus, Ohio. Duties will include: Process and maintain records for new and existing members. Route calls and fulfilling inquiries via telephone, fax, email, etc. Update Shoretel with holiday schedules, weather-related messages Greet and screen visitors Manage lobby television power point to include birthdays, anniversaries, and guests names along with logos Train new employees on use of phone/voicemail/master calendar Send thank you letters to members Process and distribute mail and incoming packages Date stamp invoices Process New Members Maintain/Update member files (database and scanning) Provide membership information/statistics from Association database weekly and as requested Monitor changes to database and edit/verify as needed Manage membership inventory supply Update and maintain statistics on new members and renewal rates. Update and maintain monthly metrics.
