Chase Consumer & Community Banking is looking to fill a key role for a Project Manager.
Manage one or more large Digital Technology projects, multiple mid to large projects or other process improvement initiatives, with possible cross-dept. or LOB impacts
Act as the point of contact for the project team, business partners and management to provide updates, resolve issues and establish the project delivery vision for the IT team
Manage the customer migrations plan with the business, and roll out the migrations to get customers live on the new platform
Lead project teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution, including the approval and demand management process, and ensures quality and timeliness of project completion
Escalate project issues and risks appropriately, and drives them to resolution
Drive root cause analysis and implements solutions
Identify and documents best practices, and drives implementation
Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations
Develop and deliver executive presentations
Coordinate across teams and with management to ensure aligned resource engagement
Lead high quality delivery with responsibility for IT task tracking, time reporting, issue tracking, estimate submissions and project status reporting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience &/or specialized training in Project Management
5 years of experience in information technology
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile software delivery methodologies preferred
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience communicating with senior business and IT leaders
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead cross functional teams to a solution and adjust leadership style for the situation
Expert in use of standard office software(MS Office, Visio, Project), reporting applications, and analytical techniques
Proven ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision, including an ability to manage project teams sized from 10-25 resources located across multiple delivery sites
