Position Description - Associate Manager, Sales Training & Development

Associate Manager of training is primarily responsible for delivering training curriculum to new hire and existing reps across primary care and/or all specialties. Associate Managers are responsible for managing the classroom, developing sales representatives and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Classroom management including live and remote facilitation and logistics.

  • Coach, counsel, mentor sales representatives and address personnel issues.

  • Collaborate with Brand Team(s) to manage training curriculum and implement brand strategy.

  • Experience promoting a hospital administered drug for formulary consideration preferred.

  • Previous work experience developing and maintaining institutional business relationships preferred.

  • Antibiotic background with proven track record with IV/infusible antibiotics preferred.


  • Bachelor's degree: minimum requirement.

  • Advanced degree such as RN or PharmD preferred.

  • Two (2) years selling experience.
