Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager

The Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager directs the outside sales force for service and parts aftermarket sales.

  1. Coordinate training for outside sales representatives with OEM's, vendors, and Parts, Service, and Body Shop Managers.

  2. Direct all outside parts, service or and body shop sales activities.

  3. Implement and maintain managed territories consistent with corporate direction by evaluating market potential and annual purchases available to the location.

  4. Hire and train outside sales force consistent with sales and budget forecast.

  5. Establish and assign goals for sales, volume, profit, P.M. Contracts, and labor hours sold by account.

  6. Work directly with national accounts to identify, promote, and execute national parts and service programs to the assigned dealerships.

  7. Properly identify and define potential national and regional account targets.

  8. Responsible for growing customer base on both the national and regional levels and increasing gross profit as defined in yearly forecasting plan.

  9. Increase medium duty parts, service and body shop sales in each location per annual objectives.

  10. Assign accounts to outside sales team, measure and monitor performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Two years' experience in commercial vehicle parts and service sales.

  • Commercial driver's license. Must have a good driving record and be insurable with our Company's carrier.
