The General Responsibilities include:
The Senior Business Analyst will monitor and develop processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting including Mortgage Call Reports, state required licensing reports and other reports based on the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Fair Lending and Fair Servicing requirements, regulatory inquiries and consumer complaints.
This position will work collaboratively with other Ocwen business units to deliver accurate and timely reporting on a variety of topics. The incumbent will be required to respond directly to regulator s telephonic and electronic questions regarding MCR and state licensing submissions.
Key Result Areas:
Monitor, create and support Compliance reporting in the following areas: Mortgage Call Reports, State Licensing Reports, Fair Lending and Fair Servicing Reports and Reviews and HMDA requirements and reconciliation
Team with other members of Compliance to monitor, develop and enhance reporting capabilities on an ad-hoc as well as an ongoing basis to support Compliance
Communicate with members of Compliance and other Ocwen Business Units to develop and implement regulatory mandated Compliance benchmarks
Track and monitor departments in obtaining information required in filings
Bachelor s degree required
Minimum of 4 years' experience in reporting and analytics or compliance
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and organizational skills
Strong work ethic
Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
Experience in mortgage originations, mortgage servicing or consumer finance
SQL, VBA & SharePoint proficiency
