We are currently looking for a Benefit Coordinator for a local growing organization. In this role you will be responsible for handling retirements plans, supporting all filings and audits, resolving account discrepancies and calculating employer 401K matches. In addition this person will be responsible for monitoring benefits and 401K plans, processing enrollments, researching and resolving 401K claim issues and handling COBRA benefits. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of benefits and 401K experience, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
