What You Will Be Doing

The Producing Area Sales Manager is responsible for directing and managing the sales activities of multiple residential mortgage branch offices, ensuring profitability, market share growth, compliance with all applicable regulations, insuring all company policies and procedures are followed and delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for directly managing Branch Managers and the indirect oversight of branch Loan Officers, Production Assistants, and Processors.

Responsible for recruiting Branch Managers, Loan Officers, Production Assistants, and Processors for branch locations in their assigned area.

Read and manage profit and loss statements for assigned area.

Maintain and utilize knowledge of real estate transactions, company products, policies and procedures, underwriting requirements, appraisals, and title reports to effectively assist clients.

Take customer applications, quote rate and points, and complete follow-up activities.

Advise borrowers of lock-in-policy and ensure lock request are completed accurately.

Inform borrowers of loan product options and parameters, and other requirements needed to close the loan.

Represent AmeriPro Funding at appropriate conventions and conferences to promote the Companys value proposition and reinforce relationships with key customers.

Keep informed on market and competitor developments.

Comply with all disclosure requirements and timeframes.

Set reasonable expectations and communicate the status of the file with all applicable parties throughout the origination process, including, but not limited to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and title agents.

Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with other company/subsidiary employees to foster aid promote Companys core values which is conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

Keep immediate superior promptly and fully formed of all issues or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken.

Supervise, direct and oversee staff to achieve department goals and provide team with professional and personal growth opportunities.

Oversee the management of the budget and other financial measures of the branch locations in their assigned area.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervise leaders of branch locations and oversee their management of staff; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; developing staff; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
