Management Resources, the senior consulting arm of Robert Half, is currently looking for experienced Senior Financial Analysts to assist our clients on project and interim roles. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the forecasting, budgeting and related analysis requirements of the client. The Senior Financial Analyst's primary objectives will be to deliver financial and strategic insights across a wide range of initiatives, to develop and maintain financial models underlying the clients budgeting and forecasting infrastructure, and serve as a resource and liaison to other members of the finance teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *Develops and maintains financial models and systems underlying the client's forecasting and budget infrastructure. Serves as a key resource in coordination of annual budgeting cycle. *Effectively analyze sources of significant budget and forecast variances and fluctuations in operating revenues and expenditures; summarizes and shares findings with management. *Coordinate with market finance teams to develop and apply consistently applied methodologies for financial statement and variance analysis *Develop methodologies to generate comparative financial statement and financial performance drivers across markets. *Performs analysis for identification and performance monitoring of primary drivers impacting operational performance; *Spearhead special projects and drive the proper set of analyses for such projects; present solutions to leadership accordingly *Coordinates and maintains monthly financial statement metrics and business drivers; performs root cause analysis to determine drivers of variances from expected metric levels. *Performs and executes an array of additional ad hoc financial and operational analyses as requested *Performs additional duties as assigned.
