We are currently seeking a Program Manger to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.


  • Create Program Management weekly status reports, coordinate and plan meetings, including documenting meeting discussions and action items

  • Provide a Concept of Operations which includes a roles and responsibility matrix and processes and management controls

  • Track and manage overall project status so that project milestones are met and that change activity is properly documented

  • Manage projects to include allocation of resources, budget tracking and status reports

  • Provide Program Monthly Status Report to include EVM special project reporting, if applicable

  • Provide separate weekly Technical Status Meetings (TSMs) with the COR, Technical Government Managers and other key Government personnel

  • Develop and deliver a Draft and Final Project Management Plan (PMP)

  • Provide a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all assigned technical activities (including documentation development)

  • Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan, develop and maintain a Risk Register, provide and maintain Action Items organized in a formal Tracking System identifying various, specific requirements.

  • Develop and maintain an integrated Project Schedule that includes tasks, dependencies, resources and interrelationships

  • Develop, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all major functional areas in the task order or as required by the Government

  • Develop and maintain a Communication Plan that identifies all stakeholders (Government, contractors and others), communication methods and frequency;

  • Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Plan that describes the principles, processes and procedures for ensuring all delivered products and services satisfy contractual agreements, meet or exceed quality standards, and comply with approved SDLC processes;

  • Utilize ITIL/ISO/CMMI-based certified tools as a part of an integrated enterprise toolset solution

  • Write technical proposals and review proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • PMP certified.

  • ITIL v3 Certified

  • 10 years’ experience in a Program Management role.

  • Minimum of 3 years managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity

  • Manage projects to include allocation of resources, budget tracking and status reports.

  • Prepare project cost estimates to include but not limited to, labor, travel, equipment and software.

  • Write technical proposals and review proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction.

  • Report client responsibilities.

  • Perform other duties as required and assigned. Preferred

  • Knowledge and experience with government clients/environments

  • Master’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent years of experience / Candidates will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required. /
