Reporting to the Manager, this customer service representative person will be responsible for answering customer requests concerning billing, services and products while constantly ensuring customer satisfaction; promoting and selling different products and services; support sales and marketing efforts (Inbound Calls); identifying issues or objections to be escalated internally; identifying additional or changing needs of customers; ensuring customers are informed of all promotions; resolving customer service issues with urgency and good judgement; processing customer orders; accurately maintain and update customer database and process payments; This customer service representative position will also be providing administrative assistance to the management team as assigned.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will be mature, professional and looking for a career opportunity and have a solid understanding of the standard operating procedures within customer service acquired through a minimum of two years' customer service experience.
