Short Description Manages all aspects of Partner engagement within named Partneraccount(s). Sells the full portfolio of Avaya solutions by generating\\"pull\\" demand through indirect sales-oriented activities toend users. Develops senior Partner relationships to build a trusted advisorstatus, creating value and influencing Avaya s position with Partners.Consistently drives channel strategy, fully participates in Partner businessplans, and aligns education and incentive programs to Partners based onmarket segmentation. Delivers focus on company offerings by buildingrelationships with high-touch channel teams to ensure successful sales ofsolutions through channel Partners. Serves as a strategic consultant,advocating Avaya s financial incentive programs and utilizing marketing,programs, and promotions within a channel strategy that help Partners shapetheir strategy to drive growth for both Partners and Avaya.
