Vantiv Channel Sales Coordinator in Denver, Colorado


The primary function of the Channel Sales Coordinator I is to liaise between internal departments and external partners through written and oral communications in order to support sales activities. Secondary duties include performing Vantiv internal administrative work and routine business functions in the sales offices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicates and liaises verbally and in writing between partners/customers/third parties and relevant staff, and interprets and responds clearly and effectively.

  • Operates and manages sales telephone queue and other queues, including all incoming calls/emails to sales associates and general sales distribution calls/emails.

  • Makes outbound calls as necessary to support daily business functions.

  • Maintains internal queues and updates records efficiently to reflect internal and external requests.

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the business public.

  • Logs information on calls and maintains detailed and accurate records of the appropriate nature of each call including creating sales prospects in the database when needed.

  • Trains new staff as necessary on the basic functions of applications and daily duties, various sales reports and provides necessary training documents.

  • Operates a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator and photocopy machine.

  • Files/retrieves data and researches inquiries to address service issues.

  • Adheres to company policies as defined.

  • Accepts and completes assignment with open, cooperative, positive, and team oriented attitudes.

  • Actively participates in team meetings and 1 on 1 communications.

  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of applicable products and services as they evolve and communicate these programs to business public.

  • Increases knowledge through internal resources, supervisors, fellow employees, company trainings, and trade publications.

  • Continually improves performance to drive toward internal promotional opportunities.

  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of basic computer functions including email and Microsoft Office

  • Strong written, attention to detail, and oral communications

  • Proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem solving skills

  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task team environment
