Vantiv Senior Network Architect in Denver, Colorado
The Sr Network Architect provides significant expertise within the Infrastructure domain inclusive of network, storage, and systems management. In this role they will be required to articulate requirements and provide direction in both technology and business terms. They must be able to define a long-term architectural blueprints and lead business partner organizations to achieve the IT vision. This person will apply raw analytical power and substantial experience in solving new problems within an arbitrary set of constraints. The Sr Network Architect exercises wisdom in obtaining results, while improving the problem solving abilities of others. They will identify key current and future problems, and solve them inter-dependently, using authoritative knowledge, seasoned judgment and the policies and/or procedures of multiple parties. Overall the Sr Network Architect must clearly demonstrate thought leadership in tackling multiple; complex issues which create effective and lasting solutions to be consumed across the Enterprise.
Responsible for defining the Enterprise-wide technology direction, and developing architecture artifacts including Strategies, Reference Architectures, Blueprints, Patterns, and Roadmaps.
Constantly seeking for innovative solutions and feeding them back to the businesses.
Working with the business partners applies strategic thinking to develop artifacts which drive architectural direction.
Identifies and understanding of trends in IT Networks.
Define technical evaluation criteria and participate in product selection for technology architecture domains.
Establishing collaborative working relationships across Enterprise business groups and leadership
Embracing the needs of a distributed Global enterprise with diverse businesses and stakeholders.
IT Architecture Background & Experience:
Strong understanding of an Enterprise Architecture methodology (TOGAF, DODAF etc..).
Deep expertise in the EA technology domain: Network, Storage, and Operations with a record of industry leadership in at least one area.
Fluent in all EA technology domains: Application, Business, Data, and Security.
Strong understanding of emerging technology trends relevant across IT.
Proven track record in establishing and leading cross-functional business groups.
Strong ability to advise, drive and influence key (SVP/CxO) stakeholders decisions.
Possess strong business acumen to build business requirements.
Promote and enable technology sharing and reuse while promoting processes and techniques to facilitate reuse of key technology services.
