(DMI) is seeking a full time Senior SystemAdministrator (Remedy Administrator) to support a Defense InformationSystems Agency IT infrastructure in the Denver, CO area.Duties and Responsibilities Experienced in the use, configuration, and integrations of ITSM products(Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, and ServiceRequest Management)Experience with user account creation, roleassignments, and permission handlingExperience with maintaining the ProductCatalog and able to troubleshoot normalizationExperience working with clientto gather and load foundation data with the Data Management ToolPrepare usertraining materialsAbility to communicate proper use of ITSM modules to users -Support UAT testingExperience in creating and maintaining ITSM tickettemplatesGeneral ITSM troubleshooting skillsQualifications:Education and Years of Experience:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience5 plus years of experience in Remedy BMC systems deployment, integration,operations, and sustainment with SAP including Business Intelligence, WebIntelligence, Crystal Reports and ITSM Universe.Required Skills/Certifications:DOD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I compliantRemedy BMC Ticketing System integration, configuration, deployment, andsustainmentMust have Security + CE certifications (Within 30 days)Remedy AR Systemand ITSM Administrator (Incident Management, Change Management, ProblemManagement, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, andService Request Management), manage foundation data.
