JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for developing functionalrequirements to support new products and features, implementation of productupdates to deployed products, and supporting lifecycle maintenanceactivities for Charter s Enterprise Voice services portfolio. The SeniorDirector of Product Infrastructure will have an in-depth understanding of thenetwork and systems platforms supporting the Enterprise voice productportfolio and will work with Product line leaders to drive product initiativesthat will increase market penetration and revenue growth. The Director ofVoice Product Infrastructure will lead the development of functionalrequirements and engage cross functionally with Engineering, Operations,Customer Care, IT and external vendors to define the technical andfunctional requirements from which the systems will be built to support a newproduct initiative.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Actively andconsistently support all efforts to deliver a comprehensive, best-in-classcustomer experience and product portfolio that satisfies the current andfuture needs of our enterprise customers.Provide detailed requirements tooperations, IT and network systems infrastructure teams to support thedevelopment of new unified communications and voice connectivity productfeatures and capabilities.Provide feedback to Product Management andDevelopment teams on the capabilities of network and operational systems andtools to support product requirements.Support Product Development,including:- Manage the process for development of functional requirements,including writing requirements for selected system elements such asprovisioning.- Contribute to development, review, and maintenance ofproduct functional specifications.- Manage resources that develop user storiesand test cases.- Certify products that are developed prior to release- ProvideEnterprise requirements for voice infrastructure network and systemsdevelopment initiativesInterface to OSS/BSS, engineering, and IT toassure that systems architecture and implementation satisfies the short andlong term vision of product features and service delivery capabilities.Productcertification testingFamiliar with the agile framework, working methodologyas well as industry best practices in product development, specific to theCable or telecommunications space.Build and manage strong workingrelationships with the cross-functional teams including Engineering,Operations, UX, Customer Care, Sales, Sales Support and externalvendors needed to drive an efficient development effort for new enterprisevoice initiatives.Ensures communication with all stakeholders is being managedeffectively.Manage priorities and scope for release planningREQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeProduct Development and/orSystem Development ExperienceRequirements analysis and use caseanalysisAbility to learn new technologies and assess value to business goaland strategyAbility and eagerness to learn from a new environment and make animpact quicklyAbility to manage and foster changeAbility to lead large,cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and resultsAbilityto listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals forrecommendationsAbility to plan, prioritize and organize effectively andindependentlyAbility to handle multiple projects and tasksAbility to makedecisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to showjudgment and initiative and to accomplish job dutiesAbility to analyze andinterpret data and synthesize recommendationsAbility to communicate with alllevels of management and company personnelAbility to communicate orally and inwriting in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to understand complex andtechnical concepts and translate them into simplified product attributes todeliver an enhanced customer experience.Proficient with Word, Excel,PowerPointAptitude for technical productsGood organizational and officemanagement skillsExcellent cognitive and commu
