Job Description

**This position is contingent upon contract award**SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the functions of an Installation Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) formally Directorate of Logistics (DOL). Logistical duties are in support of a base operations, support and services program in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years’ experience in different DOL functional areas within an installation logistics organization and demonstrates traits of a progressive leader.Responsibilities• Manage daily operations of the installations logistic activities comprising of: bulk and retail fuel, dining facility, bottled water/ ice, shuttle bus, motor pool, medical logistics, Central Issue Facility (CIF), Central Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP), Installation Transportation (ITO), Supply Support Activity (SSA) and Self Service Supply Center (SSSC)• Works in conjunction with the DOL to provide all logistics services to the installation• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics for all logistics activities• Provides all required reports and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLS) for the logistics support branch in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and regulations• Responsible to ensure all assigned personnel are adequately trained and safely accomplish their assigned duties• Maintain and enhance the contracts Command Supply Discipline Program• Manage logistics activities utilizing Global Combat Support System (GCSS) to ensure compliance and meeting regulatory requirements• Manage bulk and retail petroleum operations in accordance with FM 10-67• Proactively manage customer survey/comment system• Monitor for trends and take corrective actions to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction• Manage food service operations and ensure compliance with food service operations policies• Manage accounts payable and receivable, budget analysis and tracking, and customer account management, preparation of payment documents (DD250s), account status reports and verification of invoices and receipts

Minimum Requirements

• U.S. Citizen• Active secret security clearance• Minimum of ten years’ of multifunctional logistics experience related to quartermaster, maintenance, transportation and support services provided by the installation• Working knowledge of AR 710-2, AR 735-5, AR25-400-2 and other applicable Army Regulations• Current US Driver’s license
