Looking for a competent skilled IT Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on the various technical environments used within the company. You will answer and solve queries on technical issues. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, telephony and other systems. Responds to requests, runs diagnostic programs, isolate problems, determine and implement solutions. Primary responsibilities Provide technical assistance, support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems (Windows, MAC, Linux), software (MS Office, Hudson ERP, etc.), hardware and other company systems. Respond to requests either in person, by email or over the phone Maintain daily performance of systems Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software Trouble shoot and solve problems Run diagnostic programs, reports and backups. Create and manage user accounts Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Requirements · Proven experience as a help desk technician · Technical aptitude · Tech savvy with working knowledge of Software automation products, databases, and other programs · Good understanding of computer systems, and other technical systems · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues · Proficiency in English · Excellent communication skills · Customer-oriented and cool-tempered · Document events and problems · Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures · High School or Equivalent Diploma and relevant technical experience
