Requirements: Ideally, you have experience providing all administrative support including, but not limited to:

  • Screening of calls

  • Calendar and schedule management

  • Handling expenses and expense reports

  • Typing of memos, documents and correspondence

  • Photocopying and filing of records and documentation

  • Preparing MS PowerPoint presentations

  • Minute taking Technically, you are proficient in:

  • All areas of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project)

  • Demonstrate excellent data entry skills

  • Proficiency in ARTS (action response tracking system) is required;

  • Exposure to PeopleSoft, Exclaim, IMAGIS, and IRIMS would be considered an asset. You have excellent communication skills, superb organizational skills and a strong work ethic. You are self-motivated, persistent and flexible with an ability to handle multi-tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
